排刀車銑復(fù)合機(jī)床

XKNC-50GY排刀車銑復(fù)合機(jī)床是在50G基礎(chǔ)之上，開發(fā)了Y軸動(dòng)力刀具以增強(qiáng)銑削功能，X向或Y向動(dòng)力刀具由普通排刀車床可加裝的一把增加到兩把或是三把，動(dòng)力刀具沿Y軸方向進(jìn)給，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)徑向面加工、孔加工、端面槽加工、銑削及異型輪廓等復(fù)合加工，并具備動(dòng)力刀具剛性攻絲功能，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了排刀車床的車銑復(fù)合加工。

• 1.高剛性

  

  1、床身為對(duì)稱式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)剛性足，主軸與Z軸居于床身中間位置，有效減小熱変位對(duì)位置精度的影響。

  2、HT300材質(zhì)，其強(qiáng)度高，耐磨性好，整體設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)良、減震效果好。
